Sweet Potato Vine
A trailing vine that is a perennial in the tropics and subtropics, a summer annual in cooler climates. A single plant may eventually reach up to 1 x 15 feet when used as a perennial groundcover. The lobed and heart-shaped leaves come in a variety of colors. It prefers full sun on moderately moist, acidic to neutral,fertile, well drained soil. Protect from hot dry winds and use an organic mulch to preserve soil moisture.
